I booked highest prize level but there was no high tea. The staff didn’t knew what is being offered in mmt . Lift was not working. But staff was generally nice.

Easily accessible, good food, amenities, homely stay, cooperative staff and management with early check-in and late checkout, awesome. Keep it up

Hot water tab not working, breakfast no so good, poor quality paper serving bowl given for sambhar & chutney, only one item is there ( mini utthapa, coffee is very cold. Pls dont prefare sureh inn hotel

Services and hospitality is very poor to attend customers. Buliding structure is very old and you will not be able to find out hotel easily.

Starting from check-in, i felt that i was forcing these guys to keep me in the hotel. First of all, while check-in, they checked all our details id or not. We went to room, then one of their employees found our title wasn't matching (myself and my wife, and their confusion started we are not married, we are couples. They said this to me right in front of me that your title is not matching hence we doubt you guys. Pathetic. I don't understand how these people are trained. We showed photos and all to assure that we are married. This might be one of the off case and it's fine. But later, i asked to fix tv, called in morning, responded by late afternoon despite multiple call. Fridge broken - water leakage. 2nd day, asked for cleaning at 10, did the same at 3 pm. Said we don't do cleaning in morning, we do in afternoon. I understood. Next day, no one came to clean because i didn't ask. Pathetic cleaning of their food area. Dirty cloth, spilled food over cloth and have to eat on the same. Even the ac was broken but we didn't worry as we didn't use ac, not sure if it was working or not do note, i asked for half an hour early check-in, but i don't think that should be an excuse to give such pathetic service. What's the good part - close to magarpatta city, main road, you can easily go to magarpatta city. That's it. Otherwise, pathetic service.

Stay was very good. Hotel staff behaviour and room service is excellent. Hotel is located near magarpatta city and there are lot of restaurants near by also easy to commute from hotel to different parts of the city.

Hotel is too good. Hospitality is very good. .

Quality of service is very good, the behaviour of the manager is very polite and helpful. Location of the property is good.

Very comfortable homly atmosphere, good food, bathroom and good co operative staff always ready to help. A very memorable stay.
